ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission processes of Day Scholars as well as Boarders are initiated on 3rd December every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Deshratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the First Presidentd of Republic India. Registration forms can be downloaded from the website or can be obtained at school fee counter. Cost of Registration form is Rs500. Admissions in Balvatika and class I are taken on first come first served basis subject to age criteriaprescribed under NEP 2020.

For classes II and above students are chosen on the basis of written test covering the syllabus from the NCERT books of the preceding classes provided seats are available. Rs 400 isrefunded to those parents whose wards do not find a place in the list of selected candidates. A few seats to be notified in November are offered without admission fee and also a set of text books to selected to the admitted girls.

No admission is allowed after start of new academic session.

ADMISSION OVERVIEW

Admission process starts every year on 3rd December for the next academic year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Deshratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad, first President of Republic India. On this date free admission is offered to a few students, the number is notified as per availability of seats. No admission fee is charged. Additionally, girl candidates are given one set of prescribed text book for the session. The school does not charge admission fee from girl candidates.

Direct admission: Students are admitted without any screening test at entry point on the principle first come first served. However, parents have to submit a copy of birth certificate, Aadhar Number, two photos of the child and one photo of the child with parents/guardians.

Admissions based on entrance test

Admissions in classes II and above are granted after shortlisting candidates on the basis of entrance test generally held in the last week of February unless notified otherwise.
